I joined this gym recently, and so far, my experience has been positive. I've already started seeing results that bring me closer to my goal. I wasn’t aware that a place like this existed, it's a gym, but with personal trainers who work with me, which makes me feel more comfortable compared to larger gyms where I would have to "figure things out" on my own. Danny, the owner, is welcoming, hospitable, and motivating.
I've also worked with Will (another trainer) over the past couple days, and it's been a good experience. He's also very knowledgeable and supportive.
I highly recommend this fitness studio to anyone looking for a personalized workout program.
